Etch-a-Sketch -Traditional

Once again, looking through my external drive I found a project I completed for a design class a few years back. The project was to pick a object randomly out a basket (I picked the etch-a-sketch), sketch it out on paper, then on the program Google Sketch Up, and bring it to life in a form of a sculpture without copying the entire object. I decided to create a interactive etch-a-sketch that could possibly be used as a interactive piece in a museum. I created the structure from wood, using gold wrapping paper I covered the triangles, for the inside I used sand and added magnetic circles to resemble the magnetic aspect of the actual etch-a-sketch and a moveable circle in the middle to resemble the knobs.
